https://coachmayra.substack.com/?r=2hpghz&utm_campaign=pub-share-checklist Feeling over the moon excited today😃🎉 I finally finished my manuscript! The book writing process was more intense this time around. I stuck with it, and can’t wait to both disrupt and, add hope into the conversations ...

Excited to read and hear more about William Shatner's story, and how the Lifewave patches fit in to his story.

☀️ Patches are a part of my daily "Vitality Toolkit".

☯️ Holistic medicine transformed my life and have helped others I know personally heal, beating the odds on their prognosis and, giving them a new lease on life.

I heard this from a friend on FB, just in case…Everyone, stay safe. Big day tomorrow. It’s official. Signed at 6:00am. It was even on TV. Don't forget that tomorrow marks the start of the new Facebook rule (also known as Meta), which allows them to use your photos. Don't forget the deadline is today!!!
According to the show 60 Minutes:
Just in case you missed it: a lawyer advised us to post this. The violation of privacy can be punished by law. NOTE: Facebook Meta is now a public entity. Every member must post a note like this. If you do not publish a statement at least once, it will be technically understood that you are allowing the use of your photos, as well as the information contained in your profile status updates.
I HEREBY DECLARE THAT I DO NOT GIVE MY PERMISSION FOR FACEBOOK OR META TO USE ANY OF MY PERSONAL DATA.

What a delicious meal we had this weekend trying out Nonna's of the World yesterday. There's nothing better than enjoying exotic foods while having life changing conversations.

🇺🇸 Do you feel free? Tomorrow we celebrate 250 years of independence in this country.

☯️Lao Tzu said "care about what other people think and you will always be their prisoner." To Lao Tzu, true liberation doesn't come from controlling the outside world, but from freeing yourself from the ego, from arbitrary desires, and from the expectations of others.

💫Freedom is one of my strongest values and the pursuit of freedom drives my actions daily. Freeing myself from the expectations of my closest loved ones has been and, continues to be a challenge I stand up to regularly. I resist oppression in all it's forms even when I find it coming from the inside.

🍔🌭🌞Whether you celebrate or not this weekend, I encourage you to think on ways you can expand your sense of freedom. One of our greatest personal freedoms is the freedom of thought.

Wishing you a mindful, safe, and peaceful holiday weekend!

A powerful perspective for you to consider.

Stress often leaves behind a perceivable scar. Nature has a way of turning its scars into beauty.
