Power Cycle is a new, indoor cycling program designed for serious athletes. What is Training with Power? Who is this class for?

With our new, state-of-the-art Keiser M3 bikes you can, for the first time, harness the power of real-time data to maximize your fitness. Power (displayed in Watts) is a measure of the force you are exerting on the pedals of your bike. It it a much better indicator of how efficient and powerful you are than speed or heart rate.
