I'm thrilled to announce that I am currently in Durango, Colorado, collaborating with Durango Schools to facilitate the 2-Day Introduction to Education for Sustainability workshop. These workshops are thoughtfully designed to enhance participants' awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the core concepts, content, and habits of mind that define Sustainability and Education for Sustainability.

I'm delighted to share that I'll be speaking at the Shanghai Climate Week's Online International Summit on Climate Education. My topic will be "Educate for a Sustainable Future: Focus on the goal (not the problems), and distinguish the problems from their symptoms.

I'm incredibly excited to share that today I'll be delivering the keynote address at the Oxford International Curriculum Schools Conference. My keynote will focus on "Educating for Impact: Empowered Learners, Sustainable Futures." Furthermore, I'll be participating in a panel discussion that explores the theme of "Integrating Sustainability into Education."

Exciting news! I'm still in Hong Kong, collaborating with the Chinese International School from April 15 to April 23. During my time here, I will be facilitating a Design Studio that offers a unique initiative designed to provide teachers, administrators, and project leaders a dedicated space and time to create and develop units that champion education for sustainability.

I am excited to announce that I am currently in Hong Kong working with the English Schools Foundation (ESF). During my time with ESF, I delivered a keynote that envisioned Education for Sustainability (EfS) as the linchpin for a future where humanity prospers in balance with the Earth.

Additionally, I have had the pleasure of conducting a series of immersive workshops designed to equip participants with the mindset and skillset necessary for long-term planetary stewardship.

I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be facilitating an 8-hour virtual workshop on Education for Sustainability (EfS) for the Chinese International School today and tomorrow. This workshop aims to enhance participants' awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the core concepts, content, and habits of mind that characterize Sustainability and EfS.

Thrilled to share that I'll be presenting at the CTE Curriculum Summit alongside Sharon Prince-Yearwood! We'll be diving into 'CTE and Academic Integration: Exemplary Curricula Through Collaboration.'

During our presentation, we will discuss and model the work of The CTE Division of NYC Public Schools’ Academic Integration Program.

This program brings together teams of Academic and CTE teachers to build interdisciplinary curriculum units that strengthen students’ ability to apply academic knowledge and skills in the context of their career pathway.

I'm thrilled to announce that today, I'll be in Media, Pennsylvania, collaborating with Delaware County (Delco). I'll be conducting a 1-Day Introduction to Education for Sustainability Workshop.

The workshop aims to help participants develop a shared understanding and vocabulary for sustainability, generate a personal rationale for integrating sustainability into their mindset and work, and foster inspiration and hope regarding the unique contribution Delco and its partners make to the shift toward sustainability.

The strands and learning themes for this series were drawn from the Education for a Sustainable Future: Benchmarks for Individual and Social Learning, (https://cloudinstitute.org/efs-benchmarks) published by the Journal of Sustainability Education.

The EfS Benchmarks represent the current and best thinking of scholars and practitioners of the field of Education for Sustainability (EfS/ESD).

This workshop is designed to increase participants’ awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the core concepts, content, and habits of mind that characterize Education for Sustainability.

I am excited to announce that this week I will be facilitating a 4-Day EfS Curriculum Design Studio for the National Park Service from September 25-28th.

This studio provides participants with the background knowledge needed to build a shared understanding of Education for Sustainability. The work that follows takes the broader concepts and provides the tools and skills to place them within the context of national parks.

I am happy to announce that I will be facilitating an EfS Curriculum Design Studio for The Chinese International School in Hong Kong SAR, China from September 18-22.

The Design Studio was developed because teachers and administrators need time and space to create and develop units that educate for sustainability—i.e., to “sustainablize” their curriculum, unit by unit, course by course.

This workshop is designed to increase participants’ awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the core concepts, content, and habits of mind that characterize Education for Sustainability.

I'm excited to announce that today, August 1, and tomorrow August 2nd, I will be in Durango, Colorado working with Durango Public Schools to deliver the Introduction to EfS.

Day 1 of this two-day interactive introductory session is designed to increase participants’ awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the core concepts, content, and habits of mind that characterize Sustainability and Education for Sustainability(EfS).

On day two, we will go deeper with EfS benchmarks, and begin an informal EfS curriculum alignment process.
