These are my most popular cookies. I usually make at least 500 of them at Christmas. It's a very simple recipe but full of great taste!

Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and a pinch of sugar.
Cut in cold butter until crumbly, then stir in buttermilk.

Garlic Butter Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak 🧄🥩
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie
✅ Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreo or chocolate graham crackers)
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
For the chocolate filling:
1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)...💬👇🐺

Ingredients
4 hot dog buns or hoagie rolls
4 beef or pork hot dogs
1 can (15 oz) chili (or homemade chili if preferred)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.....👇💬
