JYC recently closed out the school year with a special graduation ceremony. We spoke about the special role of every Jew in contributing to the chain of Jewish tradition, and celebrated our students unique contributions to the Jewish people with our very own student made Aleph Bet book! Our students spent all year learning their Hebrew letters and vocabulary words, and will now be able to take them home and learn from them forever!
Have a great summer!

Happy Thanksgiving! Last week, in honor of the holiday, our students learned about the gift of Hakarot Hatov, gratitude, and its foundational role in Jewish tradition.
To embody the feeling of Hakarot Hatov, we made gratitude cards to share at our Thanksgiving tables, and wrote letters for IDF soldiers to express our gratitude for their bravery and strength!
