Throughout our 2 week systems change lab project, our students weren’t just building tools for cities.

They were practicing something quieter — and harder:
Staying true to their vision in rooms shaped by old expectations.

Because sometimes the biggest barrier to innovation isn’t a lack of ideas. It’s the fear of being dismissed for caring out loud.

At Dream Tank, the youth shouldn’t tone down their brightness to lead.

The color is the point.

I am thrilled to invite the community to a special event on July 15th at Integrated Work, where we will rally behind an incredible young entrepreneur, 20-year-old Emma Kraft. Emma, a Boulder native and UC Berkeley student, is leading a groundbreaking initiative with Coral, a sunscreen designed to be beneficial for our oceans.

Emma’s journey began when she attended our very first Dream Tank camp in 2016 at the age of 12. Her passion for sustainability and innovation has only grown since then, and now she is on a mission to build community, and raise $13,000 for the R&D grant phase to advance her reef-beneficial sunscreen formula.

This event is a celebration of community and the power of coming together to support our youth. I am honored to be hosting alongside amazing female social entrepreneurs. We believe in Emma’s vision and are committed to helping her succeed.
