Thrilled to announce the World Premiere of my new chamber ensemble piece, BEYOND THE HORIZON (for 10 Brass and 3 Percussion) tonight, Friday April 26 7:30pm (CT), at SMU Meadows School of the Arts, featuring members of the Meadows Wind Ensemble under the baton of the great Dr. Jack Delaney. The entire concert is brand new world premiere pieces (6 of them) - most for very a large wind ensemble. I don’t know where my piece is on the program, but there is a good chance it is the first piece after the intermission.
