Nice resting spot... It's the small things!
(Disregard the small collection of beer bottles under the 2nd tree)
Or rather, don't disregard them! - It's all part of life in Brooklyn - and in this photo!

I had socks on and a glass of cranberry juice in my hand. Left foot slipped, so tried to break the fall with right foot, jamming the toe into the ground.
Managed to keep the cranberry juice from spilling though!
Thought I had escaped injury, other than a sore toe.
A few hours later, I took off my sock, and this is what I saw ... Wow!
Funny, because it doesn't hurt all that much, and I can move it, but it's quite swollen.

Had a little fall in the apartment the yesterday. I was carrying glass of cranberry juice, so I did my best to break the fall so the juice wouldn't get over all over the carpet. I was pretty successful at that, and thought I had escaped injury for the most part, although my toe felt a little sore.
A few hours later I took my sock off and this is what I saw.
Still looking like this. Not hurting all that much, but it's quite swollen. Wow... Ageing??

A little chilly for the beach now, but there was a moment caught here, when I happened to but my bongos down next to my guitar and some fresh laundry.
