We hope this healing prayer helps somewhat to soften the harsh reality of covid-19. It is easy to forget what a privilege our health is, but this pandemic has proven that no amount of money or power can shield a person from that which is much larger than any individual. Let us join hands (only figuratively tho) and support our fellow brothers and sisters around the globe in anyways we can. This includes:
-educate yourself on covid-19
-wash your hands often, for at least 20 seconds
-stay home from work if possible but especially it you feel sick
-avoid physical contact with as many people as possible - try your best to stay isolated
-reach out to your representatives and express what is important to you as a constituent at this time
-do not refer to the coronavirus as a Chinese virus - it is racist
..and much more
