Tonight's Aerial Mellow Flow is canceled, out of respect and recognition of Mother Nature :) You'll be in good hands with Grace Pulliam next week, and I'm back March 8th.

Seriously. Don’t assume your area is blue/red “enough”. Voting isn’t sufficient, but it is necessary. Try Voting, Plus! Voting, now with higher stakes and a dash of civic duty :). Add it to your daily diet today!

On my way to teach my last Refresh and Relax class; next week has been cancelled for closing events.

If you’d like a bit of a weekend wind down with a little optimism, a bit of movement, some fresh air (relative, still NYC in Aug 😉), and a lot of chill, stop by!

NYC Primaries: The Sequel

Last couple of days for NYC early voting. If you want be beat the rush, early voting ends Aug 21. Be sure to check the location; early voting isn’t always in the same location as your regular polling site.

If that doesn’t work for your schedule, AUG 23RD is official voting day.

If you’re been less-than-thrilled about some of the people we’ve had a chance to vote for in recent times, we have to get more active in the process before presidential election years. This primary influences who we get to choose from for precious US House and State Senate seats.

Held my last UZIT mentor session today; I love wearing these shoes when I teach or take a Teacher Training.

Pencils are tools that can be used in pursuit in teaching and learning, which in truth are usually both happening at the same time.

Wherever you go to grow and share, we are all teaching and learning from each other all of the time. May we all find both sides of that coin in equal measure :)

Plus a little whimsy along the way.
