In our Applied Arts class, creativity goes beyond the canvas.
Under the thoughtful guidance of their teacher, our students are learning to see the bigger picture of what art can be, collaborative, purposeful, and alive. As they design and build the sets for our upcoming musical theatre production, they are not only creating with their hands, but also thinking critically, solving problems, and supporting one another along the way.
This is student-driven work at its best, where independence meets teamwork, and imagination becomes something tangible.✨

Yesterday’s beautiful weather made our outdoor time at the playground even more special. The students enjoyed the sunshine, fresh air, and time to play together and we also followed a lovely tradition.
As the tradition of Martides calls for, the children took off their Marti bracelets and hung them on a tree, a beautiful custom that welcomes spring and, according to tradition, allows the swallows to use the threads to build their nests.
