Dear Members and Board Members,

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who participated in selling raffle tickets for our Women’s History Month program.

Your dedication, hard work, and commitment made a meaningful impact in such a short time, and your efforts are truly appreciated.

Please be reminded that all funds and raffle entries are due by the close of business tomorrow. (March 26, 2026)

Following that, we will hold the raffle drawing at a mutually agreed-upon time and location.

All winners will be notified by phone and/or email.

Members who sold the winning tickets will be responsible for delivering the prizes.

If possible, please take photos of and with your winners for our social media pages.

Your outstanding efforts have not gone unnoticed. Because of you, we were able to make a tremendous impact while celebrating Women’s History Month.

Thank you again for your continued support and participation.

As we look ahead to our upcoming membership drive, we are seeking volunteers and captains to help manage and oversee the event.

Your leadership and involvement will be key to our continued growth and success.
