If you know Grandma Myrtle aka Mrs. Henderson you know that our apartment was the place the family both tons of close and tons of extended family and friends came to dine with us. Don’t nobody and I mean nobody make sweet potato pie like grandma’s. Happy I was able to spend kitchen time with her and do what I do in her honor. Like grandma I had a large family to ensure we could always do things like my heroes Grandma, Aunt Lillie Mae, Mrs Williams, & Cousin Clemy who was sure to help grandma’s holiday sales even more special. Grandma’s baked good provided for many growing up. In the neighborhood, the church, and extended outside customers. Baking sweet potato pie is an honor as I still have your tools to do so almost thirty years later. I Love You Grandma… Today we remember your efforts and we reminisce 🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾

Men and women alike are changing their lives the TLC way... I'm already down ten pounds in just a week that I decided to committ to being consistent. Do you have weight loss goals? Health issues? want to step up your wellness game plans already in pursuit? Or maybe this was your motivation to get started. No time like today... Ask me how you can lose 5 lbs in five days, how to get better sleep, how to properly promote natural healing that allows one to remove the tons of medications so often prescribed and relied on (we do not claim to heal but the testimonies bare the proof of results). Products like CBD tea, Nutra Burst liquid vitamins, NRG energy & focus supplement, Alleviate CBD pain relief cream (great for post workouts, headaches, and other aches and pains) Click on the link in my bio to order yourself some today. @ New York, New York
