Meet Jessica Wagner, the founder & owner of the Jessica Wagner Vocal Studio!
Jessica originally hails from Plano, TX, where she attended Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, majoring in voice and dance. After high school, she went on to receive a BFA in musical theatre from NYU's CAP21. She currently resides in Manhattan, where she teaches voice and performs.
Jessica has been seen Off-Broadway and Off-Off Broadway as Daisy Mae in LI'L ABNER, Julia Soemia in the new opera-infused play RISE, Virginia Clemm in THE RAVEN, and Cleo in THEODORE & CO. (U.S. Premiere), and in such venues as Town Hall, Joe's Pub, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, The Cutting Room, The Underground, and Swing 46. Favorite regional roles include the Lady Of the Lake in SPAMALOT, the Narrator in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, Kate Monster/Lucy in the regional premiere of AVENUE Q, Maria Rainer in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, Judy Bernly in 9 TO 5, and Sister James in DOUBT with Loretta Swit.
