As college application season is heating up, I thought I should tell you that I and my team will now be advising students on the artistic review process in ALL the arts going forward: theatre, film, dramatic writing, music, dance, visual art, architecture, photography and fashion!

Nothing But Drama is putting together a team of specialists to help with the new artistic disciplines. In addition to extensive travel over the last two years, I spent the first half of this year visiting arts programs and connecting with international high school counselors, independent educational consultants and university admissions reps in South America and all over Europe and the UK. As a lover of all the arts, I'm excited about this new chapter for my business, now in its 12th year!

Nothing But Drama LLC Chris Andersson is an educational consultant who advises students who want to pursue an education in theatre, film or dramatic writing.

This was a whirlwind trip with my lovely friends! Roma, Firenze, Milano, Venezia. Four cities in four days to see ten schools! Here you’ll see us as we left Polimoda, swung by Marist’s program in Firenze, hopped a train to Milano, breezed by IUAD and met with reps from the famed Istituto Marangoni! A quick but enjoyable meeting with our friends there and then off to Venezia, where we went out into the countryside to visit H-Farm.

POLIMODA Part II. Their other building! Modern, spacious, former factory building. The students were in the throes of putting the finishing touches on their final collections. The place was abuzz!

This was a blast! Polimoda! We visited both locations of this famous and fabulous fashion school in Florence! This post is the Villa. Gorgeous!

Art & Design at John Cabot University in Rome! They’ve just renovated an old building along the river to house the art & design department!

I popped in to visit a colleague at the International School of Florence. Got to visit an art class!

Prague, Czech Republic. The Academy of Performing Arts. We toured the Music & Dance school.

While I didn’t get to visit any schools when I was in Vienna, I went to many museums and to the Musikverein (pictured here) to listen to an evening of Mozart. No pictures were allowed so I don’t have shots of the musicians in their wigs and waistcoats! Beautiful acoustics and a wonderful program. .wien
