At LAU’s Centennial Gala, this quiet moment between Director of Alumni and Special Projects Ed Shiner and Fulbright Scholar Youssef Dakramanji captured something profound: the passing of wisdom, care, and community from one generation to the next. Ed didn’t just serve—he mentored, uplifted, and made people feel seen. Now, his legacy lives on in every student leader who carries that same spirit forward.
