From all of us at YindaYin Coaching, we are grateful to have been collaborators in the Tibetan Education Workshop at Columbia University and at our center. We extend our sincere thanks to the Modern Tibetan Studies Program at Columbia University and Teachers College Columbia University for hosting such a meaningful gathering. We deeply appreciate all the incredible presenters, researchers, and educators who made the space so rich and engaging.
We were especially proud that our Gen Rinchen and Chime did such a great job of bringing the practicality of our work into the space, grounding the conversations in lived experience.
It was an honor to be part of these important discussions, including the screening of Daughter of Light and the closing conversation on “Family Education” with our families. We are thankful to everyone who contributed to these two days of learning, sharing, and connection.
