Neither of these divisions require any experience to join, though we can only accept new members for the performance team in the fall semester. Break on 2 will teach new members how to dance salsa and other Latin dances in both performance and social dance settings. We want to give an huge round of applause to our Competition Floor Team who received 1st Place in the Collegiate Division and 2nd Place in the Amateur Division at in Burbank, CA, earlier this month! The competition team worked on this routine since October and their hard work paid off! A huge thank you also goes to for being the best coach on the planet! 🥇🥈

We did it! After working so incredibly hard for the past four months, our members and choreographers were able to bring latin culture and dance to the Bovard stage! We want to thank our friends and family for coming to support and USC for giving us the platform to perform. 💙

Break on 2: Latin Fusion is honored to present our 2026 spring showcase, ¡Unidos en Ritmo! Our show brings together 9 incredible student choreographed pieces, this year’s competition team piece and 3 talented guest performances.
Our 2026 showcase, ¡Unidos en Ritmo!, aims to honor the music and rhythms that shape, influence and impact the communities our team represents. During a time we feel is so easy to feel isolated, Break on 2 will bring together our USC and greater LA community using dance as a reminder to remain united even in the face of adversity.
Our dancers have been working extremely hard all semester to bring this showcase to life and we are so excited to share it with you all on April 12, 2026 at Bovard Auditorium.
