You’re invited to CLC’s SIX Magazine launch party! Bring your family and friends to MoFA on April 16th to celebrate this year’s Magazine launch!

Looking to do some spring cleaning?
CLC has started a new community service initiative, and we need your help! After spring break, a blue bin will be placed in the FAB Advising Lobby, where students and other members of the community will be able to drop off used art supplies or materials. If you’re going home for the break and you have a stash you want to get rid of, now’s your chance!
The collected supplies will be distributed to art teachers across Leon County at the end of the semester. Art teachers across the county often rely on charitable donations such as these to provide for their students. If you’d like your old supplies to go to a good cause, please bring them in!

The CLC would like to shout out an amazing art service event that the CFA Office of Student Success is hosting! On Sunday, March 29th, you and your friends can tour the Tallahassee watershed at Wakulla Springs, generously guided by a liaison from the Wakulla Springs Lab, go on a boat tour, have free lunch provided by CFA, and make art to thank and support the hard work done by members of the community at Wakulla to keep our environment and waters clean, safe, and healthy!

Save the date!! March 26th CLC presents pizza with the professors in the FAB lobby! Mingle with your favorite professors while enjoying pizza and drinks!🍕🍕

Last week, Council members took a trip to Lemoyne Arts to help prepare for the upcoming holiday show. Lemoyne’s annual holiday celebrates local artists and artisans, and will run from November 15-24. Make sure to check out their Art Nouveau themed galleries and their Artisan Market!
