In 2009, Time Out New York Magazine selected our Central Park program as a Top Ten Outdoor Fitness Class. New York City's DeRose Method instructors are celebrating Summer again in Central Park by providing free lifestyle classes catered to beginners and advanced students. In one hour participants will learn powerful techniques covering breathing, organic strength and flexibility building body exercises, concentration and relaxation. The DeRose Method is a performance and well-being lifestyle method applying ancestral techniques and concepts that have stood the test of time as some are estimated to have been developed over five thousand years ago. The method emphasizes quality of life, fulfilling human relationships, etiquette, culture, good nutrition and optimal health. Since 2007, DeRose Method instructors have offered free classes in Central Park every Sunday during summer. We have over 50 years of international experience in the industry. The instructors are highly qualified professionals that are dedicated full-time to their trade and revalidate their international certification yearly.
