We received the sweetest note from the Director & the Chaplain of the “Waiting Room Project” NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia University Irving Medical Center. 40 books were donated and will help ease the stress for families waiting while their loved ones are in surgery. This is DIRECT IMPACT👏🏼 Could not be prouder of our initiative. Shout out to Gretchen Katonah Reading Room for inviting me to Sidewalk Saturdays back in July. Brava, Victoria Redel ❤️ While reading this beautiful work of art, I visited the dutch masters The Metropolitan Museum of Art. I now see these great works of art with a new lens and appreciation for their brilliance. I lingered longer at Rembrandt’s portraits, got nose to nose with a Govert Flinck, but the real search was for a Maria van Oosterwijck. Alas, not to be found that day. but I had your book to return to. 👏🏼
