The Greater New York Dental Meeting Organization Committee considers the Scientific Poster Sessions a vital and foundational component of our educational programming. We are officially inviting dental professionals and the next generation of clinicians to submit their applications for the upcoming meeting in New York City (November 27 – December 1, 2026).

Who Should Apply?
• Practicing Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Technicians
• Postgraduates and Residents
• Dental, Dental Hygiene, and Dental Technician Students

Presentation Framework:
• Format: Each presentation should focus on one short, precise procedure, technique, or research topic designed for a 2-4 minute discussion framework.
• Exposure: Selected posters will be prominently displayed on the GNYDM Exhibit Floor for the duration of the meeting, providing maximum exposure to global attendees.
• On-Site Requirement: Up to three speakers are permitted per presentation, and participants must be on-site for the entire session (11.29.26, 10am-2pm)

1️⃣ Shifted Schedule: This year, GNYDM will feature 5 days of education and 3 days of exhibits. Importantly, there will be no Wednesday sessions. We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to review the new daily lineup early to maximize their travel and course schedules.

2️⃣ On-Site Badge Printing: To optimize efficiency and reduce transit delays, no badges will be mailed before the event. All badges will be available for quick on-site printing at our registration kiosks.
