Life is full of unforeseen changes, turns, movements, difficulties. It teaches you to cope with difficulties and changes, whatever changes the person has to undergo. In some cases, being afraid is rather good, but this scare can keep a person from experiencing the new and exciting things in life. One has to be ready to take chances, wait for the unexpected, practice life with all its changes. It also concerns the working environment. It is necessary to change the way of considering things . Being at work people are mice who should take for granted the situation of constant chase for cheese. The cheese is the embodiment of the employees’ success and revenues. This cheese is very important.

Developing leadership is also very important, although it seems it is given less attention and development as it should be at all levels of the organization. Despite the fact that leadership is discussed on origin of personality and certain behaviors at an organizational level, which is more based on knowledge, the challenge is to improve employees who have performance based on their past records and knowledge into business leaders by imparting them with the necessary “software skills”.
