Last night, our 8th graders participated in the powerful Names, Not Numbers programโan unforgettable opportunity to meet Holocaust survivors, hear their stories firsthand, and premiere the films students created to preserve their testimonies.
Students had the privilege of sitting with the survivors during dinner, speaking with them personally, and presenting them with gifts as a small token of appreciation and respect. It was an incredibly meaningful evening filled with reflection, connection, and the responsibility of carrying these stories forward.
A special thank you to Ms. Sobel for all of her hard work and dedication to this project, and thank you to Tova Fish-Rosenberg for creating the impactful program.
