In the education arena, Paula Mack is considered one of the most well rounded consultants/experts in the field of general and special education. For the past 18 years she has dedicated herself to improving the lives of children not only as a General Educator, but also in the field of Special Education. She holds two Masters Degrees, Special Education and Educational Leadership, which qualifies her to lead any educational program or institution at the Director and Principal levels. She also holds a Bachelors and Associates Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Paula also earned the following certifications: General Education; Special Education; School Building Leader and School District Leader. Paula started her experience in the field of education as a Teacher's Aide and worked her way up the ranks to the Senior Management level, Business Owner, Director, and Independent Consultant/ Contractor. During this journey, she amassed a wealth of knowledge, strengthening her desire and passion to ensure that all children, including those with special needs obtain the best available education, resources and support needed to ensure they perform at their optimum.As a result, Paula has created training modules for all sectors of staff involved in the education and welfare of children. She has designed and facilitated workshops for administrators, teachers, social service and health workers, therapists, maintenance staff, parents, office staff, family workers, human resources staff, social workers, consultants and bus drivers. Paula has facilitated training and technical assistance sessions for numerous daycare, home-based pre-schools and head start programs, locally and regionally, including the Office of Head Start, the leading pre-school authority in early childhood education.
