For years, organizations have measured training success with one simple metric: completion.
But completion doesn’t tell you whether employees actually understood the material.
That’s why more organizations are looking at behavioral analytics in training: https://bit.ly/3CWfPUQ
By asking learners a few key questions before and after training, organizations can measure changes in understanding and awareness.
This kind of insight helps HR, Legal, and Compliance teams:
✔️ Identify knowledge gaps
✔️ Demonstrate training effectiveness
✔️ Support leadership and audit conversations with real data
Compliance training shouldn’t just check a box — it should provide meaningful insight into how employees learn and respond.
The future of training isn’t just completion. It’s measurable impact.

This Women’s History Month, we recognize Sandra Day O’Connor — the first woman to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court and a key voice in shaping legal standards that influence workplaces today.
During her time on the Court, O’Connor helped clarify how employers can be held accountable for workplace harassment and discrimination.
In landmark decisions addressing employer liability, the Court established standards that reinforced the responsibility organizations have to prevent harassment and provide effective reporting and response mechanisms.
These rulings helped shape the framework that guides many workplace compliance programs today — from harassment prevention policies to training and reporting procedures.
At Traliant, we believe compliance is more than a requirement — it’s the foundation for better workplaces.
The standards that organizations follow today are rooted in the legal principles established by leaders like Sandra Day O’Connor, who helped define the responsibilities employers have to create safe and respectful work environments.
As we continue our mission to make workplaces better, for everyone, we honor the trailblazers who helped shape the laws and protections that support employees across the country.

This Women’s History Month, we recognize Pauli Murray — a pioneering legal scholar, civil rights advocate and trailblazer whose work helped lay the foundation for modern anti-discrimination law.
Years before “gender discrimination” was widely recognized in the courts, Murray was developing the legal arguments that would later reshape workplace equality.
Her scholarship challenged sex-based discrimination and influenced the legal strategies that ultimately strengthened protections under the Equal Protection Clause and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
Murray understood something that remains central to compliance today: laws evolve because people push for fairness, accountability and equal opportunity.
At Traliant, we know compliance is more than a requirement — it’s the foundation for better workplaces. The protections many organizations follow today are built on the groundbreaking work of leaders like Pauli Murray, who expanded the legal framework for equity and inclusion.
As we continue our mission to make workplaces better, for everyone, we honor those who broadened perspectives and helped create the standards that guide us today.
