👩🏻🦱Sheryl Field
Sheryl trained in Israel and the United States with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, the founder of the Feldenkrais® Method. She is one of the few Feldenkrais practitioners in the world who has extended the method to improve the functioning of infants and children with motor disorders and developmental difficulties.
👩🏻Carol Kress
Carol is a highly experienced Feldenkrais Practitioner with nearly 30 years of practice. As a Trainer, she brings to her teaching a desire for excellence and a wish to communicate the essence of the Feldenkrais® Method. In her private practice, she works with both adults and children with a variety of difficulties, including chronic pain, neurological problems, and performing artists. Her work is informed by long-term involvement in equestrian arts, yoga, a passion for Argentine Tango, and her practice of the martial art Aikido, for which she holds a 4th-degree black belt.
Carol first began to study the Feldenkrais Method in 1985 and completed her Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in 1993. She teaches in programs worldwide.
👨🏻Anastasi Siotas
Anastasi’s approach to the Feldenkrais® Method has been well-received as an assistant trainer and trainer in programs throughout the USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Austria, Greece, and the Netherlands. In Manhattan, he has taught in eight complete four-year Feldenkrais training programs. Anastasi trained in movement analysis at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies in NYC and has been on their faculty, teaching Kinesthetic Anatomy, since 2008. His multifaceted knowledge is a product of years dedicated to study, research, and teaching in diverse fields—ranging from marine plant cell biology to modern dance and biotensegrity.
