Brooklyn Forest offers forest school classes outdoors for young children and their caregivers in cit Cities are a wonderful place to raise children.

They are full of art, culture and playgrounds. But a trip into the woods allows children to play in a wide open space and to learn reverence for nature that they cannot learn anywhere else. Thankfully, we have city parks for that. In forest school we will play in the mud, build with sticks, sing songs, run and also watch quietly as squirrels gather acorns to tuck away for the long winter.
