Only 1 month in to teaching music and I'm loving these to relieve my voice! A preK kid today said Ms K you can't have candy in class and I said no it's my singing medicine 😂 but it does help when you're singing all day! Imagine it's good for over talkers too!

As a Music Teacher it is Back to Sunday planning... but it's nice to have a spiced tumeric latte to keep me going.

This product is fantastic- move aside candles and incense that u have to keep lighting...

It comes in a beautiful bottle and if you want to make a few of your own bottles u can - so more rooms smell fantastic!

These are honestly the yummiest healthy snacks I have ever eaten!! My favorite is the mulberries and apricot kernels! Delicious snack and great after a long day to tide u over before dinner!
