Check Out Our Two New Doctor of Ministry Cohorts!
This Doctor of Ministry in Urban Renewal Leadership and Change track aims to foster high-level congregation transformational leadership and bridge the gap between congregational ministry and ministry beyond the walls of the church. It draws upon its mentors’ deep wells of ministry and scholarly expertise to form high-level, critical-thinking leaders to bear witness to Christ through effective ministry leadership in the urban public square.
Grounded in the Black Prophetic Tradition, Political Theology & Pastoral Leadership will help pastors and faith leaders cultivate and nurture a Political Theology that helps them navigate our politically divisive and dangerous climate in ways that are faithful to the Gospel and fruitful for God's people. Further, this cohort will assist faith-based practitioners in (re)constituting organizations, institutions, congregations, and faith communities for Black Liberation and Community Transformation.
