10,000 (STRONG) MULTICULTURAL ALUMNI OF NYU. JOIN US Perstare Et Praestare (transl. Latin to English) To Persevere and To Excel, the New York University famous grads, faculty and students with public achievements.

You don't have to be a student or member of any N.Y.U. Alumni to join this page. The purpose of this page is to encourage and invite prospective multicultural students to get to know more about the potential for success that lies ahead of them as they take those first scary steps to leave their homes and homelands abroad to enter into a new culture and mainstream populous of a microcosmic experien

ce in a global community that is like having the entire world person to person within reach. To know that there is a brighter light at the end of their tunnel of compounded semesters and years. To hold unto their dreams and hope. "PERSTARE ET PRAESTARE," TO PERSEVERE AND TO EXCEL! To know that it has been done and how by others before them and they can too. Please enjoy learning and see your achievement through the lives here. This is just a small number of the actual number of multicultural graduates of N.Y.U. However, building up to that number is a lot of data research available for those achievers that have been already publicized and links exist for. Additionally it is hopeful that when N.Y.U. needs our economic support or volunteer services that we will be able to find the way most affordable to us to give back support as we needed when we attended. Perstare Et Praestare translation from Latin to English: To Persevere and To Excel has been the NYU Motto since it was founded in 1831. New York University is the oldest Private University in New York City and one of the fastest growing in student body and in student achievements. 10,000 (STRONG) MULTICULTURAL ALUMNI. JOIN US

👋 Young man this is why the haters try to use the name of Joseph Jackson painting him as cruel and harsh, but I thank you for putting your feelings out here, out here!! Your cares and concerns are the same as that of Joseph Jackson and he raised ten children teaching them how to stay alive in the midst of the devastations of young lives around him. Everyday he saw what you can see and he felt what you feel. The bible taught his generation to spare not the rod and spoil the child. Coming from his parents and grandparents that were born in the early and mid 1800s slave owners tortured them among other evils done to black people as a right of whites. In continuum, parents were instructed in Whipping their children into obedience as the way they kept them alive because they trained them to navigate the white world of hatred and the devastation of poverty leading to bad choices. They whipped their children not to be cruel or to be hateful but to make them understand how to survive by obedience and a self determined work ethic and reverence for God. No child should be abused, by neglect of a society that refuses to live and let live others regardless of who they are. Parents today have lives that are stressed with the concerns you have and their children also have the same stress because it is the fence on which generations of black people have had to walk on trying not to let themselves or their children fall on either side of them, like a cat carrying its young on a fence. Encourage your parents, yourself and those around you to pray together, work together and to study our ancestors and the hard work and struggle they had to get us here today. It was never easy for them the further back in time we go in this country and it hasn’t really gotten easier, we just have debt that provides what our income alone cannot buy. So we owe for everything we have. Take nothing for granted and appreciate everyone around you. You are not alone in this pain it’s an albatross we as black people have worn that is passed down to us, and even when we manage to tuck it away with hard work, higher education, decent lifestyle choices, staying out of trouble, being good citizens, that albatross is carried with us because what we achieve it doesn’t change the haters, in fact haters hate the achiever, and it’s not the achiever’s fault, so continue to achieve and strive to be the best version of you and your values. Love you always. I hope you got to see the Michael movie and find the hope you have can manifest as the generations to come do understand the generations before, those now, and those later. Global Black History Every Day. Love God with all your mind, body, heart and soul. Love yourself and love others as you love yourself. Have love one to another and 😢 one for another and forgive others and be forgiven .🙏🏾❤️🌏🌍🌎🙏🏾 🙏 🙏🏾 🌏🌎🌍❤️🌹!Amen.
