The Learning Ideas Conference: Innovations in Learning and Technology for the Workplace and Higher Education was created to bring researchers, practitioners, and others together to discuss, innovate, and create. The conference has been designed to encourage collaboration among people from around the world with a variety of backgrounds, from academic and professional areas including education, computer science, cognitive science, game design, user experience design, VR/AR/XR, management, the arts and humanities, and more!

We welcome submissions focusing on a variety of formats and topics, including innovative learning experiences, case studies and demos, studies of the effectiveness of learning experiences, uses of artificial intelligence in learning, virtual reality, augmented reality, game-based learning, learning analytics, organizational learning strategies, and more!

Deadline: December 14th, 2026
