Fordham leases 88 out of 117 total units for graduate students from this off-campus apartment building. Students can apply for this housing on our website!
Wilshire Plaza, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is the home of Fordham University at Lincoln Center's graduate students. Our university rents 88 apartments to students in the Graduate Schools of Education, Business Administration, Social Service, Law, etc. Students live in one-bedroom and studio apartments.

Our Office has begun with Fall 2020 housing offers to students on the Wilshire housing waitlist. If you are still interested in Wilshire Plaza for Fall 2020, please complete the online application and I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.
Spring 2020 residents not returning to Wilshire for the summer will need to complete the housing withdrawal form and select a move date between 5/25-5/29 and 6/1-6/3 with the Associate Director in the Office of Residential Life at [email protected].
Spring 2020 residents should check their email as our Office is asking what is your current status, summer plans, and if you plan to return to Wilshire Plaza for Fall 2020. Estimated housing rates for the summer and Fall 2020 are included in the Google form.

Fall 2020 housing applications for new graduate and law students are now available on our Office of Residential Life at Lincoln Center website under Graduate Housing.

Come join us at the End of Semester Happy Hour for the Law & Graduate Wilshire residents on Monday, May 2nd from 5pm-7pm at Red Cork Wine Bar located at 330 West 58th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue.
All current residents should check their Fordham email later on this afternoon about the update on the water/heat situation in the building.
