BROADWAY 1602 is a contemporary art gallery of the highest reputation with a decade of expertise in representing the pioneering work by women artists and the avant-garde of the 1960s and 70s. ted by the gallery. The gallery is equally dedicated to the representation of cutting edge emerging and established artists from the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Established in 2005 in New York by museums curator, critic and estate management specialist, Anke Kempkes, BROADWAY 1602 has since expanded its alliances with the most prominent private collections and museums worldwide.
