Dance was everything in my life until I moved to the States and had to start “real life”. Still, I tried to infuse it here and there for some years.
Then it became just fun and I would go out dancing with my friends 2 to 3 times a week. I just loved it.
When I had my first child I completely stopped any dancing. There was no time. No energy.
Lately I have been feeling really the itch again.
I haven’t taught dance since my twenties. But the desire right now is bigger than my fears.
I don’t want to teach techniques. Im not here to train dancers like I did. I just want to create a space for women like me, that just want to HAVE FUN!l and move again.
This class is about moving, sweating, laughing, shaking things off and feeling good! Nothing else. No judgement, no experience required.
If this sounds like your kind of thing, come join!
I’m starting a small 4-week session on May 29th and I’ll have a free trial class on May 19th or 20th (to be confirmed).
This will happen at in Verona, NJ.
DM me if you’re interested! I’ll be sharing more details soon.

Sadhana means a personal, lived spiritual practice. Something you do regularly, humbly, perhaps imperfectly.
Sadhana is not about mastery. It’s about showing up. And it never ends, because we are all continuously evolving.
My own practice has been evolving for years. While Ayurveda remains a deep root, what I offer has expanded beyond any one modality. It has become more personal, more intuitive, and more reflective of the many ways I’ve learned to understand and support life.
A new project that is an extension of Ajna is coming. Follow for some more news!

As this year turned, I had a message that really stayed with me.
A young woman asked her guru what the best advice was to carry into the new year.
He answered gently:
“Your life doesn’t change when you set new goals or resolutions. Your life changes when your mind aligns with your heart in truth.”
She then asked how we can tell the difference between the mind and the heart.
He replied:
“You know when something is not right in your body. Trust that. The heart is simple and soft. It doesn’t want to impress - it only wants to express. To express your truth.”
He then continued...“Your life does not need more discipline. It does not need more effort. It needs more truth. You don’t need a better version of yourself (despite what so many try to sell us during this season). You simply need a more honest relationship with who you really are.”
What a striking message. Not just for today but for any day we wake up willing to listen.
2025 was a deeply transforming year for me. I was faced with both physical and emotional pain, and through it, I found my own ways of slowing down, listening more closely, and learning about myself. This feels like a lifetime project, one I hope more of us feel called into. Because when we truly know ourselves, we can show up in the world with more authenticity, softness, and truth.
As we step into this new year, I also want to extend my hand to you. I’m feeling called to be even more present and available in my offerings: Ayurvedic consultations, bodywork, postpartum support, flower remedies, and more.
Thank you for another year of support and trust. I wish you a healthy and honest 2026✨

A little update on some of you that have asked how I am doing.
I ended up having to have surgery after having two fractures on my right foot.
It’s been a journey and half, I must say. And my foot is just a tool for this journey.
I have felt very frustrated many times, I’ve had to work my patience to a different level. Being slow in a world that doesn’t allow for slowness is really hard.
I have noticed so many things about my self that came up through this hardship but also through my studies of Jyotish (Vedic astrology).
I am even more in awe of the power of flower essences - I honestly dont know where my mind would be without it.
All of this - the pain, building up tolerance, forcing myself to be slower, trying to embrace this moment and be thankful that I am in a privileged position that I can stay home and not have to worry about commuting to a job or anything of this sort, has brought me another level of appreciation for my body.
Now more than ever I realize how incredible it is to have the knowledge of Ayurveda and other holistic practices.
Today I start physical therapy after 3 weeks of surgery and the assistant was shocked that I was not in pain meds. I told her I took 4 days of the (awful) meds they gave me because the pain was excruciating. What they never told me was that I was going to be constipated for as long as I took them. So I decided to drop them and find alternatives.
I used homeopathy both internal and topical and a few advil to relieve when the pain was too much to handle.
My digestion is my priority, always. I am now in a process of rebuilding my digestive fire post surgery and detoxing my body of anesthesia. Like I said, a journey in many levels!

Happy Spring!!!
I love seeing the flowers blooming and hearing the birds singing again. It makes me feel alive after a long “hibernating” period.
This time of the year is considered the dampest season and you may start feeling heavy, foggy, lethargic, depending on your body constitution.
This is a great time to do a cleanse to melt away all mucus and dampness from your body.
If you want more info on that process, send me a message and I can help!

Hi everyone! I hope all of you are well and healthy.
Im here to share a really good opportunity with you.
This week I am starting a Fall cleanse community group and I have decided to offer it donation based this year.
I am going to be cleansing as well and I thought it would be a great way to do it as a group instead of by myself.
I am going to cap group to 12 people because I’ll still need to manage it and I don’t think I can handle a bigger group.
If you feel inclined to it, please send me a private message saying why you’d like to do the cleanse. I will send you a waiver and we’ll go from there!
If you need more info on how the cleanse works, comment “fall” and I will send you the link where you can read more about it.
If you’re already sure you want to do it, join the group on the Whatsapp link on my bio.
I hope to see you there!
