Spike Lee and first-time feature filmmaker/NYU grad Michael Larnell bring CRONIES to Brooklyn for a weeklong, exclusive theatrical run at Made in NY Media Center (Dec. 11-17), followed by a series of film and fashion panels and parties open to the public. You can find tickets here:

Michael Larnell, who is a filmmaker of color, wrote, directed and edited CRONIES while he was earning his MFA at NYU Tisch, and the NYU Production Lab — an incubator for films — helped to finance it. CRONIES premiered earlier this year at Sundance, earning Larnell a place on Indiewire’s “20 Directors to Watch in 2015” list.

Kick off the fall semester by joining AHBBS for an afternoon in Central Park this Saturday, September 19. We will connect with new members over row boating, games and food.
