Our requirements:
- minimum of 3y of paid childcare experience - we prioritize experience with neborns and babies;
- daytime availabilty - especially on weekdays
- fluent English
- must be 21y or older
- active lifestyle
- fluency in communication via varous online platforms (email, Signal, When I Work etc)
- helpful nature
- team player

Who would this position benefit most:
- students who need flexible work schedules - you work when it your availabilty allows.
- nannies and babysittrers in beetween jobs - you can make $ with us while atteding interviews for a full time position; Working with us in beeteen jobs give you more flexibilty in choosing the next position.
- part-time childcare prividers ( workers in general) who are looking for additional hours and income.

Our interview process takes for up to 3 weeks from initial interview. It incudes the folowing steps:
- online application
- virtual interview
- in person interview
- mandatory in person CPR certification ( or refresher course if your CPR certificate is still valid)
- company training

Project Date Night is not a placement agency - we do not match nannies with famlies for full time or part time positions.

We are strictly a babysitting company. We are also a community where we take care of each other. When you work with us, you are anever on your own if any issues pop up. We guarantee to always help resolve issues and answer questions that come up in regards to services we provide. We also guarantee that you will always get paid.

Lastly, we have a diffrent financial structure that we alwasy discus with potential candidates. (You take home 85% of the wages you make.)

Hi Everyone, Project Date Night is looking to add minimum of three babysitters to our team.
Our requirements:
- have minimum of 2y of paid babysitting/nannying experience
- be 21y or older
- be fluent in English
We are seeking people with evening and weekend availability. We are especially interested in people with daytime weekday availability.

What we offer:
- flexibility of work - you set your availability
- safety - all families we work with are previously screened
- support whenever problem popup
- you take 90% of each booking - 10% cut is for the company
- good and supportive community
