All Sheila's Children (ASC) is a home-based daycare under License # 161045.
ASC provides a nurturing, fun, and safe environment for children to socialize, learn and grow. Your child will be provided with the best learning experiences that will prepare them for each step towards a bright future with fun and exciting educational activities to keep them engaged throughout each day. Excellent curriculum that promotes active learning and creative thinking. Daily Exercise Sessions through song and dance, play time, arts and crafts.
We welcome Ages: 4 weeks old to 12 years old
Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Day and Night Time Childcare is available.
Full and part time enrollment is available.
Before and After school care is also available.
All meals and Snacks are provided as participants of the Maryland Food Program.
ASC provides childcare to children in the Woodlawn, Randallstown, Owings Mills, Reisterstown, Catonsville, Pikesville and Baltimore County.
* We are currently offering an Enrollment Special of 50% off the first week of tuition for all children enrolled before April 1, 2020.
**We offer Sibling Discount of $15 per week off the tuition of the older child that you enroll.
***We also offer a Parent Referral which allows you to save $50 towards your daycare cost.
ASC accepts the Child Care Scholarship (CCS) formerly known as Child Care Subsidy.
ASC participates in the MSDE Excels Program. Roxelle Frans has achieved a Maryland Child Care Credential Level four certification. Roxelle Frans is trained in CPR, First Aid, SIDS and have bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
