TheAllyNetwork is an innovative and collaborative network where girls and women will “unite to ignite” by combining their passions, talents, energy, creativity, resources, voices and networks. By turning the mentoring model upside down
(girls are the mentors), TheAllyNetwork will disrupt the status quo. By joining together, girls and women around the world will have multiple platforms online and offline to accelerate their leadership potential, effectively advance their initiatives, rally their peers and amplify their work to large audiences on issues such as those reflected in the UN Millennium Development Goals: gender equality, hunger, poverty, education, child mortality, maternal health, diseases and the environment. TheAllyNetwork will create a sustainable global network of individuals, organizations and corporations to support these girls and women. TheAllyNetwork will leverage the power of media and social media to raise awareness and foster participation around the world. Together, girls and women will create a global force of positive change. TheAllyNetwork Foundation is in the process of filing for 501c3 status.
