Today was a really hard day.
Something happened at work that completely threw me off. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and all I could think about was lighting a cigarette. It’s been 4 months since I quit — 4 hard-earned, proud months — and today tested every bit of that progress.
I’m not gonna lie, I was triggered and tempted. But I didn’t give in.
Even though today was a fu***ng mess… I made it through.
One day at a time. 💪🏼❤️🙏
