About Greenwood Heights Playgroup Founders-- Maya Marchese- Reilly, a Brooklyn native, lives in Carroll Gardens and has a degree in Early Childhood Education that she earned while raising her children Makayla, Kayden and Kieran. Kayden attends the Children’s School and Kieran will start there in September 2012. Makayla attends New Voices. Maya spends long weekends and summer vacations with the family at their country house.
Patty Cavallo has lived in Greenwood Heights for 14 years. She has 3 beautiful children Sienna, Jaiden and Kahealani. Kahealani will be joining the playgroup in September while big brother Jaiden continues to attend The Children’s School. While raising her children Patty is a devoted volunteer for Hope & Heroes Children Cancer Fund. She has chaired their past 3 Walk-a-thons and runs her own golf outing annually.

Now accepting spots for September. We are open Mon- Thur from 8:30- 2:30. We require a minimum of 9 hours per week. Email us or call anytime we would love to hear from you.

Our daily schedule will always include - circle time, yoga, multicultural music, reading, art, and structured indoor and outdoor play in our large yard, rest time, lunch/snack. We will be planting, having puppet shows and learning how to make friends and express our feelings in a small and nurturing group setting.
