Here’s to another that I dedicate to myself. Here’s to never second guessing what I want to post, scared of what other people might think or feel. I was on my period and bloated as f**k but felt beautiful in my skin. I was not trying to thirst trap, but celebrate what I thought was me, simply put. But then I got the message after and I almost did tear. Sometimes not worrying about what others think can make you look at yourself differently and even others.

You can call it thirst trapping, I call it loving up on myself 🤷🏾‍♀️ @ The Georgian Terrace Hotel

Nothing could’ve prepared me for the life that I have been asking God for regularly. Working on my own and working with so many creatives that have come before me. From advice, guidance, connections, but more importantly to work with those who have believed in me. By the end of this month it will mark 6 months of freelancing, assisting and styling. I’ve put in work and can now look up at Times Square and see the work that I got to assist on and be apart of it. But even more important, have that same work in THE fashion magazine of the year, the September issue of . The same issue that was editor in chief of and had our first ever black photographer for the cover, . So yes, this moment feels kind of big and surreal. So thank you for such an amazing opportunity to assist you. And thank you everyone in the industry that’s even given me two seconds of their time, whether to talk, vent, cry, badger with questions, collaborate, have a drink...anything! Thank you! This is only the beginning of something great.
