With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros, the unwavering support of Leadership 100 together with the generous hospitality of Metropolitan Filotheos and the selfless offerings of the Director of the Educational and Cultural Institute of the Metropolis of Thessaloniki, V. The School of Byzantine Music (SBM) is proud to welcome Mr. Spiros Perivolaris as instructor of Byzantine Music. Mr. Perivolaris is the Protopsaltis of Saint Katherine Church in Falls Church, VA. His engagement in the Psaltic Art and especially in the dissemination of the oral tradition of Constantinople, is yet another great addition to our faculty roster.

During the Clergy-Laity Conference in Cleveland, OH the Faculty and Staff of the SBM as well as fellow cantors, external collaborators and colleagues offered sessions that shared insight and useful tools, to support the music ministry the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese.
All sessions and workshops were organized to equip cantors, priests and parishioners alike.
His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros at his ministry address, congratulated the Director of the School Archon Georgios Theodoridis for the work and efforts of the School promising his continued support.
