Instagram is basically handing you a little cheat sheet for what’s helping or hurting your Reel’s reach. 👀

Instead of only looking at views, you can now see things like skip rate, shares, likes, saves, reposts, and comments AND Instagram ranks them in order of how much they impacted that Reel’s reach.

These insights show you what your audience is actually responding to, so you can create more of what’s working! When you know which Reels get people to stop, watch, share, save, and engage, you can make smarter content decisions instead of guessing.

So if skip rate is sitting at the top? Work on your hook.

If shares are helping your reach? Make more send-to-a-teacher-friend content.
If saves are low? Think about how you can make the next Reel more useful or reference-worthy.

Your insights aren’t just numbers, they’re feedback on what to do next.

You do not have to show your face every day to stay active on Stories.

Especially during busy school weeks, sometimes the easiest way to stay visible is to keep it simple: a photo of your workspace, a poll, a question box, a screenshot, a behind-the-scenes moment… no getting camera-ready required.

The goal isn’t to make every Story impressive. It’s to give your audience small, easy ways to connect with you consistently.

I put together a whole list of faceless Story ideas you can pull from whenever you want to post but absolutely do not feel like being on camera.

Did you know you can rearrange your Instagram profile grid now?!

This is such a useful little feature for teacherpreneurs because your grid is basically your storefront. Instead of being stuck with whatever you posted most recently, you can move things around so your profile better reflects what you actually want people to see.

You could use it to bring a best-selling resource back to the top, highlight a current freebie, group related posts together, or simply clean up the look of your profile without deleting or reposting anything.

To try it: tap and hold a post on your grid → choose “Reorder grid” → drag and drop.

Save this one so you remember to give your profile a little refresh later. 💜

You can have a great Reel or carousel with so much value… but if the hook doesn’t stop the scroll, the rest of your content may never get seen.

Your first line, first slide, or opening text should make people curious enough to keep watching or swiping.
