Yes, it’s been awhile, I am teaching Aerial yoga now, surprise 😁😁😁

人生中打的每次牌好像沒有絕對的對與錯、好與壞。有時當下覺得不盡理想的決定，卻帶來意外的驚喜。我想說的是-做那個當下你覺得最對得起自己的選擇，自然會有明燈指引我們方向。True to yourself ❤️

這個冬天徹徹底底的錯過了holiday market, Christmas lights show, and Rockefeller Christmas tree. 想想這十幾年來還真的是第一次。並不是我有多愛這些觀光景點😂，而是有時工作需要走一走就到了，那就順便看一下好了的心態。
紐約就像是42°C的溫泉♨️，剛跳進去，不要不要的，久了覺得好吧可以接受，跳出來後又覺得想念，最後，只好承認我就是個成癮者。😂

人生就是這樣，很多不已為意的經歷，其實是生活的養分，沒有想過有一天我會開始認同自己是個New Yorker，而這裡變成我另一個家。

瑜伽練習也一樣，很多不認為重要的過程，那些繁瑣簡單的排列與動作，最終成為生活的養分，慢慢練習成為一個更好及更健康的人，這些都是需要時間一點一滴累積出來的。新的一年，希望在瑜伽學習路上的大家，能有更進一步的體悟與突破。 ❤️
