Mutton Raan & Chicken Roast

Yogurt (thick) 1cup
Lemon juice 4 tbs
Vinegar 2tbs
Salt 2tbs or to taste
Red chili powder 2tbs or to taste
Cumin powder 2tbs
Coriander powder 2tbs
Garam masala (homemade) 1tbs
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1tbs
Ginger powder 1tsp
Hot sauce 2tbs or to taste
Tomato ketchup 2tbs

Mutton leg 3kg
Chicken 1.25 kg

Baking time for mutton leg: Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 3:30 hrs to 4:30 hrs at 180c / 350f (check in between) then remove foil paper and broil for 10 - 15 minutes for nice color at the top. Enjoy!

Baking time for chicken: cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hr to 1:15 hrs or until tender then broil for nice color.
