June 12 is Loving Day, marking 57 years since the landmark Supreme Court decision legalizing in*******al marriage in our country.

You don't have to like the gym to get the perks of the gym. 

Recently, I have gone from hatred to mild dislike. Now I call that improvement!

And I see important results beyond the typical weight loss, muscle growth, and all those blah, blah health benefits. LOL. 

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired of not keeping a promise to myself. So I did. I dedicated one year of 3-4 times a week of gym time. Now that consistency built momentum. 

And here I am, 20 months later keeping a promise to myself and that s**t feels like endorphins times 10.
