Burnt to a crisp! That's how I've been feeling off and on for a while. Anyone else? 🙋🏼‍♀️🖐🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

Let's dig in, explore being fried, and get some help from each other or maybe I'll just go rogue and spill the deets on Bridgerton Season 4, talk mad sh*t about how freaking amaze-balls is Nicola Coughlan  aka Lady Whistledown, and her ads.

Nicola said, "You know, it is hard because I think women with my body type — women with perfect breasts — we don’t get to see ourselves onscreen enough."

JOIN US! Thursday at 4pm ET and let us know how you are feeling about yourself and rest or Lady Whistledown!

Marriage by Numbers:
According to the American Psychological Association, 40-50% of first marriages end in divorce. The divorce rate for second marriages is even higher, 60-67% of second marriages ending in divorce.

For in*******al couples (no studies since 1995):
A 41% chance of separation or divorce

For parents with an autistic child:
80% chance of separation or divorce

So, where does that leave an in*******al couple with an autistic child and a wife in perimenopause?

Let's celebrate Loving Day and dig in more on this scenario! Tune in at 4PM EST and share your thoughts live or below.

You don't have to like the gym to get the perks of the gym.

Recently, I have gone from hatred to mild dislike. Now I call that improvement!

And I see important results beyond the typical weight loss, muscle growth, and all those blah, blah health benefits. LOL.

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired of not keeping a promise to myself. So I did. I dedicated one year of 3-4 times a week of gym time. Now that consistency built momentum.

And here I am, 20 months later keeping a promise to myself and that s**t feels like endorphins times 10.

Have you been holding out on keeping that promise to yourself? Share below.
