Small business owners under the 5 year mark…. What is your reflection? how are you feeling?!

I truly believe in NUERA WOMEN, LLC. I see the vision, and I FEEL the vision.

I realized…. I have to talk to about it.

I have to be in places with like minded individuals.

I have to be confident to give out my business cards and send follow up emails after meeting.

I have to staple down — NUERA WOMEN IS ESSENTIAL.

NUERA WOMEN saves LIVES 🌻 Help people GROW AND FIND SELF LOVE 🌻🥰

The Best “Role” in life 💙💙

So grateful to have support with my kiddos so I can attend events and conduct workshops.

A conversation I have with our youth is definitely the discussion around a SUPPORT SYSTEM.

Support systems:
• Little to none
• Little
• Average
• A TON

Do you recognize who is there for you? Do you wish to change something in the future if given the opportunity to be different?

Health Education conversions like these are essential.

Happy Mother’s Day 💙💙

From the external beauty to the internal pain 🙏

Survived birth TWICE 🙏

Topics that we need to educate our youth about:
• Black Maternal Mortality
• Maternal Health
• Postpartum Depression
• Childbirth & Post- Childbirth
• inductions & emergencies

My first birth — 36 hours of labor. 3 types of inductions. Got preeclampsia. Son was born with a respiratory infection — 1 week in NICU. We went home 🙏

My second birth - less than my 1sts. Push less then 20 mins. Got to truly feel some contractions— asked for epidural but had to walk to the birth room myself while having contractions.
When the anesthesiologist came, he quickly asked if I wanted a certain pain med (I wasn’t listening well in pain). The nurse looked at me and QUICKLY SHOOK HER HEAD TO SAY NO.
➡️ the anesthesiologist did not see her shake her head
➡️ I got the memo. I quickly said NO.
& got the regular epidural pain med 🙏
🎇this moment was the scariest part this childbirth story

Please speak up during your birth. Pay attention. And advocate.
