Most of us are adult “transplants” to the New York City area who didn’t want to leave Highland dancing behind when we moved here!

Shot of Scotch was formed in February of 2011 as a venue for experienced, premier-level competitive Scottish Highland dancers to continue to dance with the high level of precision and technique that we have trained for so many years to achieve. Our group consists of several certified teachers and we currently offer classes for all experience levels. We are also available for performances! Please v

- ’s 15th anniversary ceilidh is SOLD OUT! If you have tickets, we’ll see you at White Horse Tavern (FiDi) from 4-6pm!

Saturday:
- Bryant Park with . Find us performing at the fountain at 10 and 11:30am.
- The Tartan Day Parade kicks off at 2pm on 6th Ave from 45th to 55th. You’ll spot us in the first half of the parade. Come early to see Grand Marshall !

Sunday
- The NYC Dance Competition runs from 9am-1pm with . Spectators welcome!
