✨ What a beautiful full-circle moment! ✨

I had the absolute joy of supporting,Devon and James again —,this time for their second birth! 💕Being invited back as their doula means the world to me. There’s something incredibly special, about walking alongside a family, more than once, witnessing their growth, their strength, and the deep love that carries them through each new chapter.

This birth was powerful, calm, fast again lol 😜 and full of so much love.,I’m endlessly grateful for the trust, the laughs,,and the honor of holding space for this sweet new life to enter the world. 🌸 Welcome, to Brooklyn — you are so loved already.

📢 Did you know that having s*x before induction of labor can help kickstart the process naturally? 🤰🏽💕 Let's explore the benefits together! 🌟 *xandlabor
✅ Improved cervical ripening: Intimacy releases oxytocin, a hormone that helps soften and thin the cervix, preparing it for labor. 🙌🏼💫
✅ Uterine contractions: Or***ms trigger uterine contractions, which can promote labor by encouraging the baby to descend into the birth canal. 🚼⬇️
✅ Natural prostaglandins: Semen contains prostaglandins, which can help soften the cervix and enhance labor. 🍆🌺 Remember, always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure it's safe for you and your baby. 💙 *x
✅Emotional well-being: Engaging in s*xual activity can boost your mood, reduce stress, and promote feelings of relaxation, all of which are beneficial during labor. 😌🎉 ✅Intimacy and connection: Sharing intimate moments can strengthen your bond as a couple, providing emotional support during the labor process. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 Let’s goo!
